Cheese Bread


This week instead of using normal sweet bread dough, I used honey bread dough. U can use it to make toast or dinner roll or like me i added cheese and sugar on top before baking.

Final Course 3











































These are the final cakes we make for our final course 3.


My design suppose not to be like this. But Hong Kong weather is so humid and hot, my fondant become so sticky and wet. I end up making simple white fondant brush with pearl dust and Gumpaste Red Rose on the side. I make the 10" Chocolate Fudge and Vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream. As for the 6" I used Red Velvet cake with cream cheese filling. Sound yummy not!!!!!

Marjong Cupcake

These cupcakes are for one of our friend who love to play marjong. Hope he like it.

Tomato & Potato Soup "ABC Soup"


In Malaysia or Singapore with called this soup as ABC Soup. With different name but they using the same ingredients. That's Tomato + Potato + Big Onion + Ginger + Ribs + Tangerine Skin. Pumpkin and Carrot can also be added into it.
In Hong Kong, they normally cooked with half-fried fish and half-ribs. But my family don't like the fishes smell.

"Fou Sou Gua" Soup
















For the soup, we need "Fou Sou Gua" + Carrot + Corn + Pork Ribs + Ginger + Sweet Dates + Mandarin Skin.

Sambal Coconut Vegetable


Another dishes cooked with sambal Chili + Coconut + vegetable.

Plam Sugar Chicken Wing "Gula Melaka Chicken Wing"


We need only 4 things to make this dish. That's Gula Melaka "Plam Sugar" melted + Maggie Seosoning + Sesame Oil and Chicken Wing. Marinate the wing overnight before you grill or fry with little bit of oil. Heat the sause and put on top.

Grill Sambal Prawn


This is one of the dishes i make with the sambal chilli earlier. What u need to do is grill the prawn half done, than add the sambal sauce on top. Grill again till cooked. Before u eat, put some lime.

Sweet Vinegar Spare Ribs "Tong Choy Ribs"


Nyonya Chilli Paste "Sambal Chilli"


For me, I call this multi purpose chilli paste. As I'll used it for gilling or frying seafood; or frying vegetable; or add coconut milk to become S'pore Laksa.
I used lemon grass + onion + garlic + fresh and dry chilli + dried shrimp + shrimp paste (belacan) and dried tamarind or tamerind paste. All the ingredients are grind into paste except tamarind before fry in the pan.
