I'm using the same donut dough to make these curry buns coated with bread crumbs.

Fish Floss Seaweed Bread And Sambal Chilli Buns



I used the same dough to make two differents type of filling breads. Once with Sambal Chilli and the other with Salad Cream and Fish Floss.

Nasi Lemak

This time i only cooked the rice and prepare the side dishes. What we need to cook the rice are:-

2 cups Rice
1/8tsp Fenugreek Seed(Halba)
2slices Ginger
2pcs Shallots
2pcs Pandan Leaves
3tbsp Coconut Milk
Water
salt

Methods:
1) Wash the rice than drain. Mix all ingredients together and steam till cooked but remember to stir the rice repeatly to loosen the rice.

Water Chestnut Pudding













Very simple recipe, need only 4 things that are:-

Ingredients:

20pcs Water Chestnut
1300g Water
450g-500g Rock Sugar (this time i used 500g, for me it a bit sweet)
230g Pure Water Chestnut Powder

Methods:

1) Unskin water chestnut and smash it into small pieces. Set aside.
2) Divide water into 2 portions. One portion mixed with rock sugar and boil till melts. The other mixed with water chestnut powder and strain it.
3) When the rock sugar are melts, lower the heat to medium. Than put in water chestnut and follow by the water chestnut powder. Remember continue to stir it till half transperant.
4) Pour in mould and steam for 40mins. I used 3x5" square, than i only steam for 30mins each.

Pulut Panggang

We need below ingredients, i can make about 30pcs:-

Filling
150g Dried prawn (Ground)
150g Onion
2pcs Lemon Grass
1slice Gelangale (Lengkus)
1inch Turmeric (or dried turmeric which ever you have)
10pcs Chilli )depend how hot you want
10pcs Dried Chilli )
2pcs Shrimp paste (Belacan) - heat in dry wok before used
2 cloves Garlic
Dried coconut
sugar
salt

Rice
300g Glutinous Rice
2tbsp Coconut juice
Water
Tumeric juice/powder (optional)
Pandan Leafs (optional)
salt

Banana leaves for wrapping (opitonal)

Methods:
1) Ground all ingredients together except the dried prawn seperately. Heat oil and fried ground ingredients in low heat before adding ground dried prawn till cook or dried. Lastly only adding the dried coconut, sugar and salt to taste.

2) As for rice. Wash and soak the rice for 3 hours before add coconut juice, tumeric and water till just cover the rice and pandan leafs leave it on top. Steam till cooked.

If you lazy you can eat without wrapping with banana leaves. What do u need is put banana leaves on the bottom of the tray than cooked rice than filling than lastly rice again. If wrap with banana leaf one by one. After wrapping you need to grill in the oven or stove.

Japanese Koi Fish

Very simple ingredients, what we need are :
A)
4pcs Egg
40g Honey
40g Oil
150g Milk

B)
90g Sugar
5g Milk Powder
10g Baking Powder
225g Cake Flour

Methods:
1) Sifted B. Than mix A and B together. That its. With the above ingredients you can make about 15 pieces.

Chocolate Truffles


It was made with left over 2 1/2 cup Chocolate cake, 1/4 cup cream and 50g dark chocolate. You can add Coffee/Grand Manier (for orange flavour) optional. Just melt the chocolate and cream, than pour in the cake and mix. Fridge before shape it.

Oreo CheeseCake


This is my first attemp on Oreo Cheesecake, can be improve. Should put some more oreo cookies next round. I'm using below recipe to make 8" square pan and steam bake (water bake) @ 155 degree C for 90 min.
160g Oreo biscuits
80g Butter (melted)
500g Cream Cheese
100g Butter
150g Whipped whipping cream
50g Sour Cream
4pcs Egg yolk
1tbsp Cornflour
2tbsp Cake Flour/plain flour
1/4pc Lemon juice
4pcs Egg White
100g Sugar
1/4tsp Cream of Tartar
12pcs Oreo biscuit (break into small pieces- can increase to 20pcs
Filling can be change to others fruits instead of Oreo biscuits. As for the base, you can change to digestive biscuits or gingerbread cookies if you leftover on X'mas.
