Sabayon are mainly made of egg, sugar and milk or liqueur or lemon juice beat in double boil water till thick and fluffy.U can serve it on top of the fresh fruits or mix with gelatin and whipped whipping cream to made mousse.
For eg. Lemon moussse. u needs:30g egg yolk40g sugar25g white wine (optional)25g lemon juice1/2 lemon zest2g leaf gelatine100g whipped whipping cream gelatine and whipping cream are added last.
