"Tau Suan" Mung Bean


"Tau Suan" is one of the food we eat for breakfast or dessert in Malaysia or Singapore. It is very easy to make.
U need to soak mung bean overnight before steam still soft. Than, boil enough water to cover the cooked mung bean + Sugar (at your on taste) and corn starch(add little water) put lastly.
