I usually make more so i can freeze in the fridge for emergency "when lazy". Just toast it in the oven before eat.
It's nice to eta with maple syrup or ice-cream on top.
Here is the recipe i found on internet:
300ml x Milk; 200ml x Cream; 150g x Butter; 125g x Cake Flour; 125g x Bread Flour; 1 tsp x Yeast; 4 pc x Egg Yolk; 50g x Sugar; Pinch of Salt; Vanilla Extract; 4 pcs x Egg White; 20g x Sugar.
Methods:
Warm Milk + Cream before added in Butter. Stir till melt. Mix Cake Flour + Bread Flour + Yeast + Egg Yolk + 50g Sugar. Mixed well and leave for an hour.
Beat Egg White + 20g Sugar till soft peak before fold in to the egg yolk mixture. Don't worry the 1st and 2nd piece is usually look ugly.
