Waffles

I usually make more so i can freeze in the fridge for emergency "when lazy". Just toast it in the oven before eat.

It's nice to eta with maple syrup or ice-cream on top.

Here is the recipe i found on internet:

300ml x Milk; 200ml x Cream; 150g x Butter; 125g x Cake Flour; 125g x Bread Flour; 1 tsp x Yeast; 4 pc x Egg Yolk; 50g x Sugar; Pinch of Salt; Vanilla Extract; 4 pcs x Egg White; 20g x Sugar.

Methods:
Warm Milk + Cream before added in Butter. Stir till melt. Mix Cake Flour + Bread Flour + Yeast + Egg Yolk + 50g Sugar. Mixed well and leave for an hour.

Beat Egg White + 20g Sugar till soft peak before fold in to the egg yolk mixture. Don't worry the 1st and 2nd piece is usually look ugly.

Custard Caramel


Try is out. It's easy to make, kids like it a lot.
For Caremel:
Sugar x 100g; Water x 30ml
Custard Caramel:
Condensed Milk x 160g; Milk x 480g; Lime Peel x 1pc; Vanilla Pod x 1pc; Egg x 180g

Bake on water bake @ 140 degree C for 30 mins.

Little Princess Birthday Cake




This cake was made for my little princess 6th birthday. No celebration.


I used vanilla sponge cake + coffee + vanilla buttercream and topped with fondant little lambs.

Pizza on France Bread


Lazy week, make simple breadfast or snacks foods for the family. I used ready make Franch Bread + Tomato spagetti sauce + cheese + Pineapple slice + Ham to put on top of the breads before bake till cheese melt. Good for party. Happy trying.

Coffee Chocholate chips Berry Bun


Instant coffee powder + cocoa powder + dried blueberries + chocolate chips are added to the dough.

Classic Rasberry Chocolate Gateau



Here are the things we need:
100g Chocolate 75%
70g Unsalted Butter
30g Fresh Cream
40g Rasberry Jam
65g Egg Yolk (3pcs)
40g Sugar A

140g Egg White (4pcs)
60g Sugar B
15g Cake Flour
30g Cocoa Powder

Methods:

1. Double boil melt chocolate + butter. Follow by fresh cream + jam.
2. Mix egg yolk + sugar A before adding to chocolate mixture.
3. Beat egg white + sugar B till soft peak. Fold 1/3 into the egg yolk mixture. Followed by flour + cocoa (sifted).
4. Lastly, gently fold balance 2/3 egg white. Water bake @ 180 degree C for 40 - 45 min.

Pesto Sauce Bread







Pesto sauce was added to the dough, so it has a strong herbs flavour. With the same dough, i used butter milk and fish floss as filling for the kids.Good to make as dinner roll or mini burger too.

Pistachios Almond Cake


The ingredients we need are :
Unsalted Butter x 240g
Icing sugar x 140g
Egg x 325g
Almond Powder x 150g
Cake Flour x 195g
Pistachios Paste x 40g

Chopped pistachios can be added to the batter. But i personally don't like.
