Macaroon

This is my second time making macaroom. First time baked with no skirt on the side. This time consider ok but still looking for the way to keep the colour after bake.

I'm using Mixed Berry Jam with Buttercream for the filling:-

Here is the recipe I used:
25g Almond Powder
3g Corn Flour (Cocoa/Gree Tea Powder)
38g Icing Sugar
23g Egg White
23g Sugar
Colour (Optional)

Here is the tempreture and baking time I used.
Preheat oven @ 180 degree C
Bake @ 150 degree C for 8 mins
Reduce to 125 degree C for another 8 mins

Three Flavour Cookies Ball

Chocolate Cookies Ball
Below ingredients make about 14pcs.
45g Butter
15g Icing Sugar
25g Almond Powder
50g Cake Flour ] sift
6g GreenTea Powder / Coaco Powder ]
Methods:
1) Mix Butter + Icing Sugar together. Follow by Almond Powder And Flour mixture. After mixed, leave it in fridge to rest overnight.
2) Divide 10g each and roll in a ball. Bake @ 170 degree C for 15-20 min.
3) After bake sift some icing sugar on top and leave it to cool.
