Nyonya Chilli Paste "Sambal Chilli"


For me, I call this multi purpose chilli paste. As I'll used it for gilling or frying seafood; or frying vegetable; or add coconut milk to become S'pore Laksa.
I used lemon grass + onion + garlic + fresh and dry chilli + dried shrimp + shrimp paste (belacan) and dried tamarind or tamerind paste. All the ingredients are grind into paste except tamarind before fry in the pan.
