Satay

Satay Peanut Sauce


Ingredients:

Spice paste

3 pcs Lemon Grass

5 pcs Red Onion

1 Inch Fresh Tumeric/Tumeric Powder

3 pcs Candle Nut

10 pcs Fresh Chili


600g Dry Roasted Peanut

Salt

Sugar

water

Oil for cooking the spice


Method :

Crush the peanuts coursely with mini food processor. Set aside.


Blend spice till fine paste. Heat Oil and fry spice till aromatic. Add water and peanuts stirs thoroughly. Simmer in low heat and stirs thoroughly till appear chili oil on top. Roughly about 1 hour. Add salt and sugar to taste.


Serve at room temperature with the satay.
