Low Sodium Mirin White Bread

This is a low sodium white bread make with Japanese Mirin.

    Can you provide the recipe for the mirin bread? Would really appreciate it. I just bought a bottle of mirin for the first time to try but I have no idea how much of the mirin to add to sushi, bread and cake etc. If you have any weblinks ( either in Chinese or English ) on how to use the mirin, do provide too.
